I was immediately impressed by Dr. Ventura's compassionate approach, clinical knowledge, dedication and dependability. He made the comment of being proactive instead of reactive to our resident's ongoing healthcare needs. His communication is direct and quick; I can rely on him for immediate triage needs or something simple like a Tylenol order. Our residents and their families trust his decision making and guidance through their healthcare journeys. I'm thankful for his team and proud that our residents get the care they deserve ."
